Montclair Bathroom Remodel
This is the second time around remodeling this bathroom. Our first remodel was in 1997 and the owner wanted to ‘refresh’ the bathroom again. We install a new Kohler Devonshire soaking tub and installed Moen brushed chrome fixtures. The new floor and wall tile is Equinox Sage. We also added a grab bar in the shower area.

Lake Montclair Water View Deck
On this deck in Montclair we removed the existing wood decking and rail system and the hot tub. We reframed the lower deck area where the hot tub was located and added new steps to the rear yard. The decking is Trex Clam Shell color. The glass rails are by Fortress.
