Project Overview:

This featured project is a house addition in Dale City. It comprises of a one story 12' x 42' addition on the back of the existing house. It will include: enlarging the master bedroom, creating a large family room, adding a powder room and more closet space. It will also include a 12' x 10' open deck with multiple stairways.

This Week:

The house addition is complete and all inspections have passed. The owners have moved into the new space. The project came in 'at budget' and was completed on time.
