Project Description: This kitchen remodel project in Lake Ridge consisted of gutting the kitchen, adjacent pantry and bathroom. We reconfigured the island and installed new cabinets. The cabinets are Merrilat Masterpiece in Cherry with a Cabernet finish. The granite is Black Galaxy. The flooring is Duraceramic in the Terra Slate color with Bone grout. We also installed new ceramic tile backsplash. The window above the sink was replaced, as well. In the pantry area, we added new pantry cabinets. In the bathroom a new vanity cabinet with cultured marble top was installed with a new mirror.

Project Description: For this Lake Ridge bathroom remodel project, we remodeled all 3 of the bathrooms. The master and basement bathrooms recieved Oak Seneca Ridge vanities with Cider finish, fitted with Sapphire Blue granite countertops and Kohler Caxton undermount sinks. The floor and wall tile is Aruba Beige. The hall bathroom received Maple Seneca Ridge cabinets with Sable finish and Shiraz Brown granite countertops with a Kohler Caxton undermount sink. We added a hamper cabinet and open-shelf storage area next to the vanity cabinet. The floor and wall tile is Aruba Beige. A Velux Sun Tunnel was installed to bring in some natural light.

Project Description: In this bathroom remodel, the major change was taking out the tub and making it a shower stall. The new ceramic tile is Orchid Ottawa Sand with Artic Ice grout. The shower enclosure is a frameless assembly with brushed nickel trim and Rainglass. The vanity and linen cabinet are Merrilat Arbor Falls II in white. The vanity top is Corian in Oceanic with a cameo white bowl.

Project Description: This kitchen remodel is what we can call a one-to-one replacement. We did not change the original layout with the exception of making the wall cabinets 42" high. The new cabinets are Merrilat Portrait oak cabinets with a cider finish. The new countertop is plastic laminate. We reused the sink and faucet and added recessed lights.

Project Description: On this kitchen we relocated the sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. We installed Merrilat Oak Spring Valley cabinets. The granite is Santa Cecilia Gold.
